Design-wise is this thing totally amazing and the details like the scratches and all that make it a fantastic icon, I think that it doesn't fit into Mac OS X. You've used a rounded rectangle as base, which only should be used in iOS and not Mac OS X. I also don't think it really looks like a speaker but rather than a turbine. As I said in the beginning, I really love this icon and you should keep up the great work
